Question

I’ve got a question on the calorie defict.  After loggin breakfast & working out for 30 mion it says I have  -2,214 left.  Does that mean I still need to eat 2.214 calories?

Ok so here goes I am totally into this now. I’ve been down this road plenty of times before but this is it.  With the right exercise & eating balance I’m going to drop a few in no time!!!!
